From October to April, we train on Sunday and Wednesday nights.Fridays are reserved for league games, invitationals and social matches. Prospective members are encouraged to attend as many training sessions as they wish.
During the summer, we run an abbreviated schedule centered around our indoor league.
We run a pay-as-you-go format so you can try things out before you join the club.

WEDNESDAY: IAT School in Al Qusais from 8PM
FRIDAY:By announcement, social or competitive matches.

Members - AED 20
Non members - AED 40
Please make sure you bring a mouthguard,shoes,socks and shin guards. We provide extra sticks at each session. Make sure you return the sticks at the end of practice.
IMPORTANT: Each player is responsible for making sure they have adequate medical insurance cover. The club does not provide coverage for any players.

Sunday practice is at JESS School in Arabian Ranches.
This is an indoor hall split into 2 half so we play 2 concurrent matches.
Wednesday practise is at IAT School on a full length, floodlit pitch. We multiple 5-on-5 matches as well as a short 11-on-11 match.
We frequently go for social refreshments after the game, so make sure you bring a change of clothes if you want to join us.
